Justin is a consummate professional and a pleasure to work with. His communication was thorough and prompt through pre production, and because of this he was able foresee and solve several potential problems. Every potential issue we discussed was immediately followed up with several options for solutions. Once a solution was decided upon, Justin was speedy in his implementation of the fix, whether that was a suggestion about a potential new crew member, a shift in production strategy, etc. It was very obvious to me that Justin has a wide array of different experiences that allow him to provide insight across any necessary element of our production.

Justin embodies a “grab a room mindset”. In pre production, he set down his laptop to grab a paint brush. On production day, Justin recognized the need for an Assistant Director and he proactively jumped into the role himself. This allowed the Director and crew to continue working on what was in front of them, and Justin to absorb, decipher, and implement comments from relevant people on set. 

In conclusion, Justin would be an immense value add to any production he is a part of, in whatever role the job needs. The positive first impression one gets when speaking with him will translate into a job very well done.
